Welcome to Sunday Table! These terms explain how you can use the app. We've kept them as human-readable as possible — please take a moment to read through them.

1. Who we are

Sunday Table is a mobile app that helps you store your own recipes, plan meals, and bring more intention to how you eat. It's made by Simulation Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). If you have any questions, reach us at support@simulation-studio.com.

2. Accepting these terms

By downloading or using Sunday Table, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app — no hard feelings.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know within the app. Continued use after changes means you're okay with the new terms.

3. Using the app

Sunday Table is free to use for personal, non-commercial meal planning. Here's what that means in practice:

You can add your own recipes, create meal plans, and save content to your device for your own personal use.
You can't copy or redistribute our app's content (design, text, images) for commercial purposes without our written permission.
You can't reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the app in bulk.
You can't use the app in any way that could harm others or violate applicable laws.

4. Our app

Sunday Table is a personal tool — we don't provide or curate any recipes. All recipes in the app are ones you add yourself. The app's design, interface, and underlying tools are owned by Simulation Studio.

You're welcome to share links to the app with friends and enjoy Sunday Table however you'd like within the spirit of these terms.

5. Your device and data

Sunday Table stores your saved recipes and meal plans directly on your device — we never see or access them. That also means if you delete the app or change devices, that data won't transfer automatically, so keep that in mind.

You're responsible for keeping your device secure. We're not liable for data loss if your device is lost, stolen, reset, or damaged.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Sunday Table is provided "as is." While we work hard to keep it reliable and accurate, we make no guarantees that the app will be error-free, always available, or that any recipe will turn out exactly as described. Cooking involves real-world variables we can't control!

We also aren't responsible for any dietary, allergy, or health decisions you make based on information in the app. Always consult a qualified professional for medical or dietary advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use (or inability to use) the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid us (if anything) in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Third-party links

If the app ever links out to external websites or services, we're not responsible for their content or practices. Use them at your own discretion.

9. Changes to the app

We're always working to improve Sunday Table. We may add or remove features at any time. We'll try to give notice for significant changes, but we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app with or without notice.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Privacy Policy

The short version: Sunday Table is designed with your privacy in mind. We don't collect personal information, don't run ads, and don't share your data with anyone — because we don't have it.

1. What we collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Full stop.

Sunday Table has no user accounts, no sign-in, and no servers that receive your personal data. Everything you do in the app — saving recipes, building meal plans, setting preferences — stays on your device.

2. Data stored on your device

The app uses your device's local storage to save things like:

Recipes you've saved or favorited
Meal plans you've created
App preferences and settings

This data never leaves your device and is only accessible by the Sunday Table app. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it.

3. Analytics and tracking

We don't use any analytics tools, ad networks, or third-party tracking scripts. We don't use cookies. We have no idea who you are or how you use the app — and that's intentional.

4. Children's privacy

Sunday Table is suitable for all ages. Because we collect no personal data, there are no special concerns for younger users. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

5. International users

Sunday Table is used globally. Because we collect no personal data, there's nothing for us to transfer across borders. If you're in the EU, UK, or another region with data protection laws, those regulations don't restrict our app's behavior in any meaningful way — simply because we don't process your data.

6. Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there's nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete on our end. If you want to clear your app data, you can do so at any time through your device's settings or by deleting and reinstalling the app.

7. Changes to this policy

If our approach to privacy ever changes — say, if we introduce accounts or analytics — we'll update this policy and let you know in the app before any changes take effect. We'd never quietly add data collection.
